Mezzanines & Balconies - Reinforced concrete slab and brick upstands to Engineer’s details.

- Externals to be plastered and painted to Architects Specification

External Walls - 190mm Masonry wall finished with plaster and 2 x coats exterior PVA

paint, color to Architect’s specification.

- Perimeter 190mm masonry walls built to height of 1.2m with IBR sheeted

side cladding above as per Architect’s details.

- IBR Profile 0,53mm thick AZ200, or similar approved side cladding, colour

to Architect’s Specification.

- Profiled polycarbonate sheeting to side cladding panels to provide

natural light to satisfy SABS 0400 Part O.

- Plastered cills with DPC to windows and shopfronts, 2 x coats exterior

quality PVA color to Architect’s Specification.

- Internal security and burglar proofing direct by Purchaser
